Hello had my service done today, everything was good as usual, I had them check a tire they patched when I bought the truck, because it kept losing air, when they were done with everything I had to pay 79.00 for a new valve stem, I paid it, but I was disappointed that I had to, only because the truck only has 12,000 miles, and its the same tire they put a patch on, how do I know they did not damage the stem when they put on the patch, plus I would have thought the stem would be covered under warranty, ... Once the truck arrived at the lot, he contacted me and we did everything by phone and the dealership delivered my truck ALL THE WAY to Nasville Ga. This dealership was the only one to honor the MSRP on the new Maverick!! Highly recommend Woody Folsom!!
Do not go to this dealership. They are charging $30k over msrp when times are tough in America. Also, completely wasted our time by calling us and telling us to come see a car they didn't even have on the lot. Bait and switch! Watch out!

They are very dishonest. Don’t fall for the lifetime warranty scam I bought a 45,000 dollar truck that knocks and burns oil and all they do is change oil and send it back. I am actually sitting on hold the whole time I am writing this review. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This dealer does major false advertising. They list vehicles on their site and eBay and then try to sell them much higher. They claim “Ford” runs the site. They add in numerous and overlapping discounts that you won’t qualify for and then try and BS you. Totally dishonest online pricing just to bait you!! Be warned!!!
Unfortunately this dealer doesn't honor the prices on their direct website. Bait and switch which is illegal. Very sad considering I am a Ford guy and buy new vehicles every year for my company and personal use. I would not recommend buying from this dealership.

My experience at Woody Folsom was great. Cory Levens was extremely professional and helpful. The efficiency of everyone who we came in contact with was refreshing. Once we picked out a vehicle and decided to purchase the vehicle, Cory handled everything while we waited in the lobby relaxing. Lee Carter handled the financing and explained everything easily. Lee got us in and out quickly. Cleaning crew did a great job on the truck and Cory caught a spot where some glue was. The cleaning crew came out and cleaned the glue spot.

Made a few trips to the dealership after hours to do some window shopping without any pressure. I wanted to narrow my search down to only two trucks. I chose Lee as my salesman since he had taken time with my wife on one of her purchases. Lee was very helpful with my questions and Woody's inventory was most helpful trying to choose the correct truck. Great service out of my 2013 F150 FX4.
